Peter showed up on time and made my old sad shower into a shower that my family and I can enjoy for years to come. The craftsmanship is immaculate and the construction is very sturdy. Peter also shared some of his knowledge about other projects that I want to do myself. I am glad I went with Trident bath and shower, they really do deliver an amazing service!

Our total experience with Trident was excellent. The estimator, Bo was a consummate professional. The install took place within the parameters we set. Devlin, the project manager kept us apprised as to when the materials for our new shower had come in. The best part of our experience was the installer, Jose. He worked hard every minute he was here and his work ethic combined with his skills resulted in a beautiful new shower.

They finished in one day even though it was a big project. The new shower looks great. It’s everything I wanted.

If you need to remodel your bath or shower - THESE ARE THE GUYS TO CALL! My wife and I needed to replace our aging fiberglass shower. After checking online and looking at several companies, we decided on Trident Bath and Shower. We really liked the look of the Jacuzzi Tri Tek walls - extra heavy duty and guaranteed for life. We contacted Trident and Trey came out for a look and gave us a quote for the project. We originally opted for the acrylic walls, but after meeting with the guys from Trident at their facility we decided on moving up to the Tri Tek walls. Not as glossy but cost more money. This was one of the best decisions we could have made. Well worth the increase in cost. On installation day Brandon showed up at 7:30. I looked outside and asked him where the rest of the crew was - he said this is it. I was concerned this one day install was going somewhat longer... Brandon removed the old fiberglass shower, shored up the walls in preparation for the Tri Tek panels and was ready for the plumber by 9:00! Triton contracted with Joe Nance Plumbing for this end of the project. Joe understood what I wanted and immediately went to work (I'll be saving his contact info for future projects). He was done by 10:30 and Brandon continued with the shower installation. Devon came by mid afternoon and assisted Brandon in finishing up and cleaning the area. They were done with everything by 5:00! THESE GUYS ARE WORTH THEIR WEIGHT IN GOLD - HANG ON TO THEM! The final shower is GREAT! Brandon's attention to detail is on another level - everything fits and looks great. We are very happy with this installation and will be keeping Trident on speed dial for future projects.

I was quoted, we agreed,sent contract,half down, picked a date, came in clean demo , installed shower and out by four. It looks great,functions well,and most of all I've received two followup calls to make sure. Brad and the boys are very professional.

My wife and I hired trident to upgrade our bathroom from a shower tub to a walk in shower. Uwe came out and worked with us on what we wanted specifcally and he was very good as most sales people are. His suggestions were top notch as we have a very small space to work with. We agreed to proceed. When Devon came out to do the install, during the demo he uncovered a flaw that our original builder did for a shortcut so we had to deviate from being able to continue. Devon and Brad came up with a solution and that was to custom order a floor pan that would fit. It took a few weeks but at least they were able to complete the install. I want to give a shout out to Brad--(project manager)-- and Devon and Hose the installers as they were then able to complete in a day. We were very pleased with the result and look of the new shower. The clean-up was exceptional and after a long wait our shower was in and we could not be happier.

I highly recommend Trident Bath and Shower. I have to spend a lot of time in a heated bath for a medical condition, but my neck was killing me. I thought that I would have to have a wall partially knocked out to accommodate my head but after a thorough assessment of my needs, Owe can up with a much better solution. This company is great to work with. They stay in touch to let you know how orders were progressing; did the project in 1 day, were very courteous and very skilled. They really paid attention to detail; all of the caulking was perfect, and they took the time to do it right. There was a stone molding that, instead of just going over it, they carefully cut the stone to make the tub wall fit perfectly.

They were there promptly at the time promised. Did almost all the work in a day. The only thing they didn't complete that day was putting in the shower shelves. My wife and I had to leave so they wanted to consult with us for their height. They didn't just put them where they wanted them, they came back (at no extra cost) to make sure we were happy with the location/height. When we came home there was no mess to clean up just a new beautiful bathroom. We couldn't be happier.
